Challenge Yourself
We are living the era of opportunities with the most competitive environment in the history.
The high development is speeding up at all industries, from technology, constructions to infrastructure, soft skills & human relationships and so on.
The business is growing so fast that we cannot even keep the track of everything happening around. Being informed is very important yet very time consuming.
On this structure, you, as individual, have to consider a very hard task: Challenging Yourself.
The globalization is getting to the next level and the emerging market are demanding speed for innovation, creativity, planning & actions at right time from the right positions.
We are living the world of bright minds. The learning process is nowadays accessible to everyone and mandatory at any stage to your career.
But let’s face it, we need to find time for it, and yes it’s mandatory!
Time management is another skill that you need to have to be able to walk the big steps.
I called this article ‘challenge yourself ‘ because it’s about managing yourself before others.
The typical manager has been perceived until now as time & people manager, more from administrative perspective. Bad news guys - we need the brave ones in our business today. I would call the new manager position more of a transit between manager & leader. Maybe you are asking yourself why changing the roles descriptions? Nothing changed, it’s just adapting to the market requirements.
Let’s take one city for example, Dubai: everything is moving with speed of light. We are calling it city ahead of future. Here the competition is so high, so you need to keep up your business level by working with yoursel; no one will tell if you are good or less. You have to be mature enough in your career to sense the business trends and move to the right stage. Plus keeping the balance with your personal life, work hard to be in good shape, spend time with your family, take care of your house & kids.
Maybe you will say ‘What are you talking about ?! This is not possible…”
So yes… Challenge yourself, everything is possible, just take some time and look around – we are progressing each second…
